Seamus Deignan, BSC, MISCP, Chartered Physiotherapist

Seamus qualified as a Physiotherapist with a first class honours degree from Manchester University in 2008. Since then he has worked as a Senior Physiotherapist in the Sports Surgery Clinic in Santry, in the HSE, and in private practice. This has enabled Seamus to build up a vast wealth of experience in the treatment of patients at all levels of ability from elite international athletes to people requiring assistance with basic tasks. Seamus has completed post graduate training in many areas including Pilates, Dry Needling, Biomechanics and Orthotic Prescription, Neurokinetic Therapy, and Manual Therapy. Seamus has worked with many sports teams and is Physiotherapist to Kells GAA and the Meath Senior Football Team.

Marion Farrelly BSC, MISCP, Chartered Physiotherapist

Marion completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Therapy and Training in 2020. In 2022, she graduated from UCC with a first-class honours degree in Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. During her undergraduate and physiotherapy degree, she gained clinical experience in hospital and private practice environments. Since then, Marion has been working in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy privately. Marion has worked with many sports teams such as Pittsburgh Steelers and currently Meath Senior Ladies Football team. From playing Gaelic football and soccer, she has a keen interest in Sports Physiotherapy in particular helping people recover from their injuries and return to the playing field. Marion has completed many post-graduate courses allowing her to use treatment techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, and electrotherapy in addition to exercise prescription and rehabilitation

Tara Flemming BSC, MISCP, Chartered Physiotherapist

Graduated from UCD with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physiotherapy in 2020 where I gained a clinical experience in hospital and community environments as well as outpatient settings and on the sports field.Since then Tara has been working mainly in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy both privately and within the HSE. Have experience working with people of all ages and interests. Also a certified Pilates instructor and loves to put it in to practice with sports teams as well as in clinic. Tara recently spent a month in the French Alps at Apex2100 the International Ski Academy as a Physiotherapist for High Performance Rugby training camps with young players from the UK. She has a keen interest in Sports Physiotherapy and personally enjoys playing hockey and trying most outdoor activities including hiking, surfing and skiing. Her Treatment techniques used are always evidence-based and typically involve a combination of exercise prescription, advice and education and manual therapy/hands-on techniques when beneficial.
