Welcome to the Kells Physiotherapy Blog. I hope this page will become a useful resource to you to  find information on how to improve your health and fitness, stay fit, stay injury free, and how to  return to work/play as quick as possible if injury does occur. I will be updating this page regularly  based on the latest scientific research and current best practice. It has been a crazy couple of  months getting the clinic ready and I am delighted with my new office and the lovely premises. Once  the dust settles and I catch my breath, I will be posting to this page regularly so watch this space. I  plan to cover hamstring injuries and lower back pain first, as these are 2 of the conditions we see  very regularly at Kells Physiotherapy.
